Dog friendly things to do in Rutland
Your dog can enjoy the designated dog walking area at Sykes Lane, Rutland Water, as well as the rest of the paths around the water when on lead.
Other walks can be enjoyed using our village walking leaflets, or in the parklands at Burghley House and Grimsthorpe Castle when on leads.
Oakham has many shops and venues you can visit with the pooch; Pop into The Victoria Hall art & craft exhibitions and go shopping at Cavells, Cavells South Street and many more.
Although not able to roam around Barnsdale Gardens, special shaded parking is provided with fresh water bowls.
