The Green is a self-catering grade II listed Rutland holiday cottage in the rural conservation village of Market Overton just a stone’s throw away from Rutland Water.  Rutland is excellent for walking and cycling and The Green holiday cottage provides a perfect base for exploring the local footpaths and cycle tracks around Rutland Water and visiting the many events that are held in and around Rutland such as the Burghley Horse Trials, Rutland County Show and Birdfair.

Clematis Cottages offer a collection of 4 individual cottages which together can sleep up to 20 guests, situated in the grounds of Lodge Farm which is a 10 minute drive from the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford. We now welcome well behaved dogs with their owners.

Puddle Cottage is a traditional, character stone cottage built in the 1800’s in the heart of Edith Weston, a popular Rutland village and Conservation area on the south shore of Rutland Water. The cottage has one large bedroom which can offer a super king sized bed, or two full size single beds, the cottage can each sleep two comfortably.
