The Green is a self-catering grade II listed Rutland holiday cottage in the rural conservation village of Market Overton just a stone’s throw away from Rutland Water.  Rutland is excellent for walking and cycling and The Green holiday cottage provides a perfect base for exploring the local footpaths and cycle tracks around Rutland Water and visiting the many events that are held in and around Rutland such as the Burghley Horse Trials, Rutland County Show and Birdfair.

New Lodge Farm is set in an attractive rural location in the heart of the Rockingham forest and countryside just outside the 17th century village of Bulwick. On our adults only, dog friendly campsite with glamping pods, farm shop and restaurant, we provide facilities that have been developed to offer luxurious and premium rated comfort to our guests, including a new indoor swim spa, which is a hybrid of a swimming pool and hot tub.

Stretton lakes is situated in 120 acres of farmland in the county of Rutland. Six fishing lakes have been created over the past 40 years to create an idyllic setting surrounded by woodland and open farmland.

Puddle Cottage is a traditional, character stone cottage built in the 1800’s in the heart of Edith Weston, a popular Rutland village and Conservation area on the south shore of Rutland Water. The cottage has one large bedroom which can offer a super king sized bed, or two full size single beds, the cottage can each sleep two comfortably.
