Two chocolate box, thatched country cottages in the heart of the charming village of Cottesmore, which has a great pub, shop and chippy close by, plus Rutland Water only 5 miles away. Dicks Cottage sleeps 8 and nearby Well Cottage sleeps 4.
Puddle Cottage is a traditional, character stone cottage built in the 1800’s in the heart of Edith Weston, a popular Rutland village and Conservation area on the south shore of Rutland Water. The cottage has one large bedroom which can offer a super king sized bed, or two full size single beds, the cottage can each sleep two comfortably.

The Garden House is situated close to Burghley Park and is just a few minutes stroll from the centre of historic Stamford. The house offers free WiFi, free parking, 19 en suite twin rooms, lounges, conservatory dining room, games room, kitchen and beautiful walled gardens.

Primrose Hall is a beautifully renovated, Grade 2 listed stone barn conversion. It is ideally situated in the Rutland village of Empingham, within walking distance of Rutland Water’s North Shore.
Sleeps 6/8: 1 x double. 1 x double or twin.
1 & 2 bedroom Luxury Lodges Rutland Luxury Lodges are situated in the heart of Rutland next to the village of Greetham with Rutland Water, Stamford and Oakham close by. All of our lodges have their own Hot Tub, Sauna and private gardens.
Set in a private gated 30 acre estate, with views over the Rutland Valley and overlooking our beautiful private lakes, the open field surroundings and wildlife provide a natural setting for both our Shepherds Huts.
