Description

The Stapleford Estate is a large rural estate on the borders of Leicestershire and Rutland, providing an exceptional location for events and rural activities.

We offer a variety of public and private events. Take a look at our current events below, or get in touch for a private event enquiry.

Public Events

Flat 10k Gin Fun Run: http://buytickets.at/staplefordestateevents

Multum Gin Parvo and Stapleford Estate have joined forces to bring you their first Gin Run! This event will support our three charities: Alex’s Wish, LOROS and Air Ambulance.

Join us for our 10k off-road loop through the beautiful Rutland countryside, stopping at three locations for a finely crafted gin cocktail and enjoy live music at each stop while you sip away.

Take the shortcut with our 5k option, enjoying two gin cocktail stops.

Further food, drink and live music available once you cross the finish line!

All abilities welcome – alcohol free drink option for non-drinkers and U18s.

Don’t fancy the run but still want to join us? Spectator tickets are now on sale with 100% of this ticket value going to our charities.

Private Events

Stapleford provides a stunning location to hold large scale events. Examples of some events we hold are:

  • Weddings
  • Private Parties
  • Endurance Horse Riding
  • Cycling Races
  • Charity Clay Pigeon Days
  • Private hire of the Stapleford Miniature Railway
  • Country Pursuits Days

Stapleford Estate is home to the charming Stapleford Miniature Railway which is steeped in history. With nearly 2 mile of scenic track, the one fifth scale SMR is home to a number of interesting locos, all maintained and operated by the “Friends of the Stapleford Miniature Railway”

The railway opens twice per year to the public, the second weekend in June and the three day August bank holiday.

We are less than 10 miles from the A1, a 2-hour drive from London, with excellent rail links from Grantham, Leicester and Melton Mowbray.
