Family Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
Only one entry per email address and phone number is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Employees, agents, or affiliates of Discover Rutland, In The Stix, Rutland Farm Park, Rumble Live Action Gaming and Rutland Water, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), are not eligible to enter the prize draw. This exclusion also applies to anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must fill out the form on our prize draw page. No other entry types will be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
Entries must include an email and phone number. Failure to provide both automatically disqualifies you.
Entries must accept the terms and conditions on the form. Failure to accept automatically disqualifies you.

Prize

The prize is a two-night stay at 'In The Stix' glamping in Rutland, with the following:
Family Pass at Rutland Farm Park, Family Pass at Rumble Live Action Gaming and Free Kayak Hire, Mini-Golf and parking at Rutland Water.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
The prize must be used by 30th November 2025, excluding bank holidays and is subject to availability.
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Evidence of winnings must be provided when booking your date (email & contact information).

Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
The winner will be notified via Email within 14 days after the prize draw ends.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, another winner may be selected.

Publicity

By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the prize draw. This may include the use of their name, photograph, and prize details on Discover Rutland, In The Stix, Rutland Farm Park, Rumble Live Action Gaming and Rutland Water's social media channels, website, and other promotional materials.

Data Protection

By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their personal data by Discover Rutland, In The Stix, Rutland Farm Park, Rumble Live Gaming and Rutland Water for the purpose of administering the prize draw.
Discover Rutland, In The Stix, Rutland Farm Park, Rumble Live Action Gaming and Rutland Water will use participants’ personal data for marketing purposes, including sending promotional material and special offers. Participants will have the option to opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the communication.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Discover Rutland's Privacy Policy.

Liability

Discover Rutland, In The Stix, Rutland Farm Park, Rumble Live Action Gaming and Rutland Water accept no responsibility for any entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control.
The winner is responsible for their own transportation and any other expenses incurred while redeeming the prize unless otherwise stated.

Changes and Cancellation

Discover Rutland, In The Stix, Rutland Farm Park, Rumble Live Action Gaming and Rutland Water reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and/or the terms and conditions without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.

Disqualification

Discover Rutland, In The Stix, Rutland Farm Park, Rumble Live Action Gaming and Rutland Water reserves the right to disqualify any entries if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions or has otherwise cheated.

Governing Law

The prize draw and its terms and conditions are governed by United Kingdom law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Additional Terms

The stay is subject to the glamping accommodation's usual terms and conditions of booking, which can be found on their website at In The Stix.
Participants agree to abide by all relevant accommodation policies during their stay.
Family passes are subject to Rutland Farm Park and Rumble Live Action Gaming's conditions during booking.
Kayak Hire, Mini-Golf and Free parking are subject to Rutland Waters terms and conditions during booking.
