Field to fork

Good quality, local meat is at the forefront of all of our dishes.

Where possible we use meat from our very own farm, situated here in Great Easton, with the vision to create a field to fork business to ensure we are providing sustainable and ethical meat.

Our farm is made up of old breed cows, sheep and pigs. Our belted galloway cows, affectionately known as the oreo cow for their white stripe, are reared for their quality, marbled beef and the meat is hung for 30 days, meaning it is extremely flavoursome.
