Welcome to Manton Lodge Self-Catering! We offer two tranquil, modern and comfortable self-catering apartments, in the heart of rural Rutland.
Sleeps 5 comfortably: 1 King sized bedroom,1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom. The Green is a self-catering grade II listed Rutland holiday cottage in the rural conservation village of Market Overton just a stone’s throw away from Rutland Water. Rutland is excellent for walking and cycling and The Green holiday cottage provides a perfect base for exploring the local footpaths and cycle tracks around Rutland Water and visiting the many events that are held in and around Rutland such as the Burghley Horse Trials, Rutland County Show and Birdfair.

Puddle Cottage is a traditional, character stone cottage built in the 1800’s in the heart of Edith Weston, a popular Rutland village and Conservation area on the south shore of Rutland Water. The cottage has one large bedroom which can offer a super king sized bed, or two full size single beds, the cottage can each sleep two comfortably.
Two chocolate box, thatched country cottages in the heart of the charming village of Cottesmore, which has a great pub, shop and chippy close by, plus Rutland Water only 5 miles away. Dicks Cottage sleeps 8 and nearby Well Cottage sleeps 4.
Set in a private gated 30 acre estate, with views over the Rutland Valley and overlooking our beautiful private lakes, the open field surroundings and wildlife provide a natural setting for both our Shepherds Huts.
The Lodge Country Park is located in the heart of Rutland, just a few miles away from the picturesque Rutland Water and close to the market towns of Oakham and Melton Mowbray. Here we offer log cabin holiday accommodation, additional camping facilities, and also a café and shop within another purpose-built log cabin.
