E-Bike Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
Only one entry per email address and phone number is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Employees, agents, or affiliates of Discover Rutland, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), are not eligible to enter the prize draw. This exclusion also applies to anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must fill out the form on our prize draw page. No other entry types will be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
Entries must include a name, email and phone number. Failure to provide automatically disqualifies you.
Entries must accept the terms and conditions on the form. Failure to accept automatically disqualifies you.

Prize

The prize is a Medium Turbo Como 3.0 E-Bike, courtesy of Specialized Concept Store.

Delivery

Discover Rutland will handle the delivery of the E-Bike directly to your location.

Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
The winner will be notified via Email within 14 days after the prize draw ends.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, another winner may be selected.

Publicity

By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the prize draw. This may include the use of their name, photograph, and prize details on Discover Rutland, Specialized Concept Store social media channels, website, and other promotional materials.

Data Protection

By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their personal data by Discover Rutland for the purpose of administering the prize draw.
Discover Rutland will use participants’ personal data for marketing purposes, including sending promotional material and special offers. Participants will have the option to opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the communication.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Discover Rutland's Privacy Policy.

Liability

Discover Rutland and Specialized Concept Store accept no responsibility for any entries that are lost, damaged, or delayed due to technical issues or other reasons beyond their control.
The winner is responsible for expenses incurred while redeeming the prize unless otherwise stated.

Changes and Cancellation

Discover Rutland reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and/or the terms and conditions without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.

Disqualification

Discover Rutland reserves the right to disqualify any entries if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions or has otherwise cheated.

Governing Law

The prize draw and its terms and conditions are governed by United Kingdom law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
