Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
- Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
- Only one entry per email address and phone number is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Employees, agents, or affiliates of Discover Rutland, The Olive Branch, Rutland Aquapark, Rutland Water, The Falcon and Land Rover Experience East of England as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), are not eligible to enter the prize draw. This exclusion also applies to anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion.
Prize Draw Dates
- The prize draw will run from 1st March 2026 to 1st October 2026.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
How to Enter
- To enter, participants must fill out the form on our prize draw page. No other entry types will be accepted.
- No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
- Entries must include an email and phone number. Failure to provide both automatically disqualifies you.

Claiming prize
To claim prize please reply to your winning email within 14 days (email will only come from Discover Rutland, Rutland County Council email address) Bike must be collected from Rutland - it can be collected from The Olive Branch during your stay or arrangements can be made for it to be collected from Oakham.

Winner Selection
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
- The winner will be notified via Email within 14 days after the prize draw ends.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days, another winner may be selected.

Swimming Ability
It is a requirement than you can swim 25m unaided and you should be confident in the water as are likely to go underwater. You have to be able to pull yourself up out of the water, and it can be tiring.
Height Restriction
There is a minimum height of 1.20m permitted on the Aqua Park.
There is no weight restriction.
Age: Rutland and Lakeside: Open to children aged 6 +
Parental Supervision Rutland and Lakeside: Open to children aged 6 and 7 years old can attend any session provided that an adult or guardian of 18+ is supervising them on the Aqua Park at all times, on a 1 adult to 3 children ratio.
Publicity
- By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to the prize draw. This may include the use of their name, photograph, and prize details on Discover Rutland, The Olive Branch, Rutland Aquapark, Rutland Water, The Falcon and Land Rover Experience East of England social media channels, website, and other promotional materials.

- The winner is responsible for their own transportation and any other expenses incurred while redeeming the prize unless otherwise stated.

Disqualification
- Discover Rutland, The Olive Branch, Rutland Aquapark, Rutland Water, The Falcon and Land Rover Experience East of England reserve the right to disqualify any entries if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions or has otherwise cheated.
Governing Law
- The prize draw and its terms and conditions are governed by United Kingdom law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
