Winter Cookery Demonstration – Thursday, 19th February

Join us for Seasonal Cookery Demonstrations at The Olive Branch – an engaging two-hour session led by head chef Dean Carroll, followed by a delicious three-course lunch.

Dean’s passion for "back-to-basics" cooking shines as he shares tips and techniques using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You’ll enjoy lively, interactive demonstrations during which you can ask questions and learn kitchen secrets.

Your day begins at 10am with coffee, and at 1pm, you’ll savour the dishes you watched being prepared. You’ll also take home recipe sheets so you can recreate the experience at home.
