Bike: Open roads, NEW 3 laps, fast course, largely flat
Run: Tarmac tracks, 2 laps, largely flat, scenic route

Early Bird £159 Triathlon - £109 Aquabike - £179 Relay (+day licence if not a BTF member)
Start time: From 6:30am (wave times TBC)
Cut Off time: 3:30pm
Minimum age: 18 yrs
