Fish, Chips and Heritage Trains
Enjoy a relaxed daytime Fish and Chip service with family and friends. Step aboard one of our heritage trains and tuck into a freshly cooked chippy tea supplied by Fryz of Bretton.
Your ticket includes a day pass for our earlier service trains, plus a reserved seat on the 14:30 train, running as part of our Silver Timetable. All services depart from Wansford Station, and your pre-ordered meal will be served to your table when the train arrives at Overton Station.

Baby (under 1 year): Free (no food included)

Your journey begins at Wansford Station, where a selection of drinks will be available to purchase from our onboard bar. Your Fish and Chips will be served shortly after departing Overton Station, leaving you to sit back, relax and enjoy the final round trip of the day. Check-in opens at 14:00.
Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome on this service, but they do not receive a seat and must remain on the floor. Please let us know in advance so we can seat you appropriately. There will be a £2 charge for dogs payable on the day.

Advance booking is essential as the food has to be pre-ordered.

*All ingredients are gluten free by recipe. The chicken is oven-cooked but produced in a factory that handles gluten. Chips are cooked in oil that may contain traces of gluten. This meal is not suitable for coeliac customers.

Due to the nature of our heritage carriages, wheelchair accommodation is limited. If you have limited mobility or require wheelchair access, please let us know when booking so we can seat you in our accessibility carriage.
