St Georges Day Dinner
Arrive at 6.45pm for a glass of fizz and some smoked salmon canapes
At 7.15pm dinner will be served beginning with, an Olive Branch prawn cocktail – a fresh, elegant take on a British classic. Sweet prawns, crisp salad and a well-balanced sauce set the tone for the meal.
For the main course Dean will present and carve the Beef Wellington. Tender beef wrapped in mushroom duxelles and golden pastry, served with fondant potato, glazed carrot and a rich red wine sauce. It’s a dish that celebrates traditional British cooking at its best.
To finish, Strawberry & Elderflower Eton Mess with strawberry sorbet. Light, fresh and seasonal, it’s a fitting end to a menu designed to mark the occasion.
