Pleasure Incorporated

Pleasure Incorporated is a lyrical, funny, and surreal one-woman play set inside the cubicles and corridors of an imagined corporation. Through the language of HR policies, performance reviews and workplace rituals, the show explores familiar concepts of labour, autonomy and survival in a hostile world.

Written and performed by accomplished writer, performer and theatre-maker Jemima Foxtrot,  Pleasure Incorporated  draws on Jemima’s  lived experience of escorting in Berlin and uses corporate satire to examine how bodies, labour and power are managed, regulated and sold.

Blending live performance with video art and an original soundtrack , Pleasure Incorporated shifts between humour and tenderness, inviting audiences to question what we accept as “normal” work. It asks what autonomy really looks like when choice is shaped by capitalism, gender and survival

Pleasure Incorporated is recommended for ages 16+.
Content note:  mentions of sex work and child sexual abuse.
