Festive Ceramic Decoration Workshop

Catherine Shaw is joining us again to lead a ceramic decoration painting workshop with a festive theme in the peaceful surrounding of The Loft.

In this session, Catherine will guide you through painting three ceramic discs, offering ideas for colours, patterns, and designs inspired by the season. You’ll learn simple techniques to create unique decorations suitable for hanging or display.

Catherine is an accomplished artist whose work is influenced by her love of nature and intricate patterns. With a background in Decorative Arts and Textile Design from Nottingham Trent University, she has extensive experience as a designer and illustrator. Her artwork has been featured by UK and international retailers, reflecting her thoughtful approach to colour and pattern.

This workshop provides a focused, hands-on creative experience, offering a break from everyday distractions. Catherine believes that making art supports well-being by encouraging relaxation and concentration.

By the end of the session, you’ll take home a set of beautifully hand-painted festive ceramic decorations to brighten your space throughout the season.

All materials and equipment are provided, along with refreshments throughout the session.
