Start the new month with a new experience at the Rocks by Rail Museum and come along for Driver for a Fiver on Sunday the 5th October!

This is the last opportunity this year so make sure you do not miss out on taking the controls, with experienced supervision, of one of the Museum's historic Roils Royce powered locomotives.

The Museum is open from 10am and all the exhibits will be on display giving a unique insight into the ironstone quarrying that was a major part of the area's history. 

As usual the Sundew Cafe will be open serving drinks and snacks as well as the ever popular bacon cobs until the Museum closes at 4.00pm. 

Driver for a Fiver is on a first come first served basis and you need to be at least 16 years of age to participate .
