Alongside the music, the park often comes alive with family fun days and community events, with facilities provided for local organisations to host their own activities. It’s all part of the Town Council’s commitment to making Oakham a vibrant, welcoming place to live and visit.

Expect a friendly atmosphere, plenty of green space to spread out a picnic, and a great mix of musical styles across the season. Whether you’re a local resident or exploring Rutland for the day, Bands in the Park offers an easygoing summer highlight.
