Join qualified Midwife and Health Visitor Chloe Hings for a relaxing baby massage 5 week course in the peaceful surroundings of The Loft—a warm and welcoming space, perfect for you and your little one to unwind.
Baby massage is a gentle, nurturing practice that can improve sleep, aid development, reduce stress, support digestion (helping to ease colic symptoms), and strengthen the bond between parent and baby through soothing touch and eye contact.
This 5 week course is ideal for babies aged 6 weeks to pre-crawling and offers a welcome pack including premium massage oil, ‘hot topic’ discussions on popular subjects such as; teething, tummy time and introducing solids, weighing scales to use at your leisure and opportunities to make keepsake memories. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
There are excellent facilities onsite including baby changing areas, ample parking, full pram access, and an on-site restaurant and shop—everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable visit.
