Description
Countryside for all routes have been designed with accessible requirements in mind
This is a linear path of around 2.5km that branches off to visit several bird hides facing out towards the many shallow lagoons at Rutland Water, which are home to a diverse range of waterfowl. The path is primarily compacted stone with some loose stones and some areas of tarmac and wood walkways. The route is mostly flat with some gentle slopes including ramps to hides and the Anglian Water Birdwatching Centre.
A mobility scooter is available for hire at the Anglian Water Birdwatching Centre.
