We shall identify species as we discover them before gathering for a woodland breakfast of privately grown fungi species and a practical demonstration of ‘planting’ your own log with spores. You shall head home with a full understanding of how to grow in your own garden and a finished seeded log\, ready for fruiting in a few months time. \nYou’ll need a reasonable level of fitness and be able to cope with uneven\, wet and often slippery ground.
