We will be based at the Normanton Fishing Lodge from 10am to 4pm and have an open house for club members and the public. \n  \nThe Open Day to both introduce the public to fly fishing\, and engage with club members who want to come along and say hi\, ask questions and generally catch up with each other. \n  \nThe following will be ongoing during the day: \n  \nFree casting tuition and demonstrations \nFly tying demonstration and beginners clinic \nTackle demonstrations\, on request in the lodge \nBoat handling & safety coaching \nFly fishing clinic – answering questions from beginners and improvers \nFor refreshments\, there will be hot and cold drinks. The cafe will be open as usual. \n  \nThe RWFF Committee look forward to meeting members of the public who are interested in finding out more about fly fishing and would encourage everyone to come along. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and get some advice on aspects of fly fishing which you need some help on. If not\, catch up with other keen anglers and find out how their season is going.

See our Swift migration video below to experience their long journey taken to reach our skies. \nSadly\, these aerial masters are on the UK Red list due to their declining numbers here.
