You will wield the spoon and mixing bowls under expert tuition\, working your way through all the different skills required by an expert pasta maker. \nAfter a morning of mixing\, kneading\, rolling\, cutting and shaping. You’ll have a two course lunch light lunch (or something more substantial if you prefer)\, utilising some of items well have taught you to create that morning. After lunch you are free to leave or check in and stay at Beech House.
